As there was no prior board in use for for Andy’s 12-string Danelectro, we decided to cut down a plywood board frame, that we found in storage, down to a size that would fit in the large pedalboard’s road case. The top of the plywood frame got a layer of black plastic glued on with contact adhesive.

The boards rim was “bound” in black gaffer tape for a cleaner look. Now we had a structure that would hold the pedals securely in place. We made sure that the noise gate, the phaser and Andy’s old power supply were working correctly, using the same techniques and processes as for the large board.
