Maike Valanne is a familiar face in the Finnish punk/metal scene, having a long history in bands such as The Black League, Terveet Kädet, Faff-Bey and more recently Poison Whisky.

The board itself was a no-frills, no-nonsense type of a rig: a couple of well-chosen pedals and the footswitch of his well-loved VHT amplifier mounted on to a board frame, with a power supply mounted below the deck.
