What items are returnable?

How do I return?

  • Send us an e-mail that you want to return your item and wait for reply. Please let us know was the item received faulty or it did not match your expectations. Please also include your order number for faster processing.
  • Pack all the returned items with some newspaper etc. to prevent damage during shipping. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
  • Remember to ask tracking code and send it to us by email!

    How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 business days.
